It is agreed that the equipment purchased hereunder is subject to the
following LIMITED WARRANTY. Tilt-Lock warrants the product to be free
from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year on
Tip-Lifts (Air, Electric or Manual), Center lifts, and Roll-Overs,
/ 90 days on all Core Chucks (Mechanical or Varispace) from the date of
shipment. This warranty will not cover normal wear, failure or
defective operation caused by operation in excess of recommended
capacities, misuses, neglect, accident, alterations or repair not
authorized by Tilt-Lock.
NO OTHER WARRANTY EXISTS EXCEPT AS STATED
Tilt-lock obligation under this agreement is limited to replacement
of defective parts at the Tilt-Lock Main Facility. Tilt-Lock will not be
liable for any loss, injury, damages to persons or property, time lost
nor for damages of any kind resulting from failure or defective
operation of any or all materials or equipment furnished. Components or
accessories not manufactured by Tilt-Lock are not included in this
warranty.
WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Items ordered that do not fit the end users application
Item ordered incorrectly
Consequential Damages
Promises, statements or warranties other than what is set forth in
the above warranty statement that are made
by sales representatives, factory personal or dealers Any field
corrections made prior to an authorization
by Tilt-lock will not be accepted as a warranty charge or
the responsibility of Tilt-Lock
Lost or Damaged Freight, Claims must be filed with the freight
carrier by the receiver.
Paint damage, all components will be protected in shipment by
crating or cardboard boxing. Spray cans of
yellow paint are available from the factory.
This Warranty Policy is to be incorporated as a permanent section of
the current price book as issued by the Sales Department of Tilt-Lock.
This policy supersedes all previous schedules, instructions, letters
and memos pertaining to warranty situations connected with the equipment
and products produced by Tilt-Lock.
